Yoga Teacher Jane McIntosh, creator of The Seasoned Vegan will guide an energizing Vinyasa yoga class followed by renewing breathing exercises. Vegan Chef LIsa Vittoria, creator of Vegan Vittoria, will demo post-yoga recovery smoothies - that are delicious, simple, and nourishing.
Schedule:
• Lisa & Jane’s introductions
• Jane’s guided exercises: center with breath - 5 min Vinyasa yoga - 13 min progressive relaxation breathing - 5 min
• Lisa’s replenishing smoothie demo: Plant Power” ~ banana, strawberries, nut butter, & plant milk “Immunity Booster” ~ turmeric, ginger, banana, date, & plant milk Lisa’s Peanut Butter Cup” ~ nut butter, cacao/cocoa powder, date, maca, & plant milk Optional seed additions: blend in or sprinkle on top ~ chia, flax meal, hemp, sunflower, sesame, & pumpkin. Plus try vegan yogurt or coconut milk to thicken-then freeze-& you’ve got ice cream!
