Jane's background in anatomy, combined with a career in health education and health coaching, weaves a theme of wellness into her each of her classes. With a Master's in Health Education, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a personal knowledge of back pain injury, her classes are a blend of different traditions for which she has trained. Her strong belief that yoga is for everybody is central in her practice and her classes. Teaching yoga in many different venues offers a rich and rewarding teaching experience. Working with students from all different walks of life helps keep her honoring the yoga traditions which she strongly values and supports. She is grateful to be teaching yoga and especially grateful to her teachers whose knowledge is so greatly respected.
