How To Quick Pickle Any Vegetable/Fruit

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetables - 2 lb (for ~ 2 med jars)

Mustard Seeds - 2-3 tsp

Dried Red Chilies - 5-6 (opt)

Black Peppercorns - 2-3 tsp

Garlic - 4 cloves

Kosher Salt - 2 TBS

(or Sea Salt or Pickling Salt)

Raw Sugar - 2 TBS (opt)

Bay Leaves - 3-4 

Vinegar - 2 cups (any basic type)

Water - 2 cups

***Dill - 4 sprigs (add to jar)


Refrigerate 3-4 days, and then enjoy!
