Yummy Fast Vegan Mozzarella Cheese

This video shows you the quickest and most delicious mozzarella style plant-based cheese! No cooking and no oil. All you need is a blender and a few mins! Also, you can use any nuts and plant-based milk.


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup raw cashews (any nuts)

2 1/2 TBS nutritional yeast

1 tsp potato starch

1 cup almond milk (any plant milk)

1/2 tsp+ salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 TBS lemon juice


Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. You can devour as is! Also works wonderfully on pizza, lasagne, etc - and you can apply before baking.
